These terms and conditions govern any transaction between Jessica Campbell and her customers. By booking services you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions which govern Jessica Campbell, and her relationship with you.
Jessica Campbell remains the sole owner of her websites, marketing materials and social media pages. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of the website, pages or customer of Jessica Campbell.
Cancellations
Jessica Campbell regrets it is necessary to charge 50% of the whole service cost (which is your non-refundable deposit) in the event of cancellation or no show.
Payment Options
You agree to pay the total amount of the service cost quoted to you. Currently Jessica Campbell offers only Paypal, Stripe, cash and internet banking as payment methods.
Gift Vouchers
Valid for 1 year. You can choose any value above $50.00. Gift vouchers make great Christmas, Birthday or Thank you presents.
Consultations
These are VERY important and essential. A consultation will be done at your first service and with every new client without fail. This is to ensure the service and products are suitable for you. The non refundable deposit paid for your service covers the consultation and any products used at the time of consultation, this means that your consultation is free.
Privacy Policy
Jessica Campbell is subject to the Privacy Act 1993, which provides the fair handling of personal information, and which sets standards for collection, access, storage and use of personal information.
She understands your privacy is important and you have a right to control it.
What Information Does She Use?
Jessica Campbell is most likely to hold information on your name, contact details, services/treatments and any contraindications to services. Jessica Campbell is bound by a DCC bylaw which requests Jessica Campbell hold such information. This may include information regarding your current payment method, outstanding payment or arrears, and products purchased or used.
How Does She Use You Information?
Jessica Campbell uses your personal information to assist her in providing her services to you including:
-To help improve the value of her service to you
-Training and improvements
-To process payments
-Marketing purposes
What Does She Disclose To Other Parties?

To disclose information to third party contractors, in this case they (the third party) are bound by the same privacy act and this is only so the service/product can be provided to you efficiently.
Refunds/Exchanges
Products must be returned unused, unopened, with their seal intact and in the same condition they were bought in from Jessica Campbell within 30 days of purchase. She will not accept for exchange or refund any item that has been used or not in the exact condition that it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights, this also does not apply to Arbonne products in which the Arbonne returns policy over rides that stated above.
Patch Test
Patch tests are required at least 48 hours to your appointment for lash/brow tints if you haven't had this done before.
Parental Consent
It is vital and required by DCC that Jessica Campbell have written parental consent of anyone under 16 having waxing treatments done.
